My hubby Anderson....

Finally...after a LONG day ..and I mean LONG day of closing. What should have taken 30min ended up taking hours...and hours. EVERY form on our closing documents had Andy's name as 'Anderson' instead of Andrew. They all had to be changed.....ALSO...My middle name they got wrong. After all that..we are finally home owners and still managed to paint Lizzie's room. We are soooooo tired and are just ready to be in our new home & put the move behind us! Gotta run..."Anderson" and I are going to put Lizzie to bed then unwind on the couch.
More pics. to come...

Lizzie & Audy

Last Tuesday Elizabeth and Audrey were both at our babysitters on the same day. This usually does not happen b/c we try to avoid it. One of these little girls is a handful but TWO little girls that are now on the go is a HANDFULL! We got a good report and pictures to prove that they were both very well behaved and even had fun together!
To many more great times to come of these two little 'cousins'.

Yucky cold!!

We have been so lucky all winter to avoid all the yucky illnesses out there but this weekend Elizabeth came down w/ a bad cough and congestion. Poor thing....Their is NOTHING worse than watching your child suffer from even a little cold. It is a blessing that we did not move on Saturday morning. I do not know what we would have done w/ our poor little baby on Sunday. Maybe it was Ikea that made her sick....It does the same thing to me! Sunday night, Uncle Sean stopped by to visit and get some things we are not taking to the new house. He was so good w/ his niece. She doesn't look sick in these pictures but she is a ham & was being strong.
Hopefully, our little girl will feel better soon so we can all get some sleep!

Atkins is DEF. NOT for me!

Since we did not get to move in the new house this weekend Mommy took me to Ikea to do the next best thing - shop for the new house. It was really fun b/c Audrey & my aunt Valerie were there..I just love going out w/ them. Aunt Valerie always gives me different foods to try. Speaking of foods...I LOVE bread...I beat Audrey up several times to steal her piece.
Next weekend...mommy says I get to move in my new house & I can't wait to show all my friends my new room. Love, Lizzie.

More babysitter pics!

My great babysitter Crystal is nice enough to take pictures of my little girl & they are very cute so I thought I would post them. It is a family affair....She goes to the sitters w/ her two cousins Audrey & Lydia.
It is sooo nice knowing my baby girl is in good hands.

Movin' ..Movin'...In so many ways!

Elizabeth has been a busy busy little girl...we are moving & she is being a trooper through it all. She plays in the boxes and I try to take her out for walks as much as possible b/c it is such a mess in here! Soon it will all be over ...but we will still have our Little lady on the move! She has been scooting and rolling all over the place. We can't wait for her to explore her new home.
I have been enjoying my warmer days off w/ her so much....We always meet Grandma at Starbucks! She still spoils Elizabeth w/ fun new clothes and mommy w/ iced coffees!
Here are some new pics!!!

Busy ..busy...busy

With the move quickly approaching us we find ourselves w/ LOTS to do! This particular weekend we started packing & it is a chore...esp. with our little boss sitting on floor yelling at us the whole time to play w/ her! We all went to be early and sleepy both Friday and Saturday. It is a lot of work but it will be so worth it! Sunday was a nice day & we didn't pack one box which was even nicer. We celebrated Audrey's baptism which was sooo fun. Both baby girls were well behaved considering the amount of people in the restaraunt. The party was held at Bouquet in Covington which was ADORABLE and the food was great! After the baptism and a much needed nap ( mommy & daddy slept also) we took a nice long walk. We are trying to take advantage of our location and it will be missed. Here are some pics. of our Sunday...No exciting pics. of boxes.

Stroller snooze

Monday afternoon the weather was still cooperating and surprisingly warm so we decided to go for another walk. Elizabeth had a busy day so she pretty much just slept the whole time! She was awake to be able to see Grandma Ruwe, Uncle David, & Aunt Jeanne at the Pharmacy. We are going to miss walking there when we move - we will be closer to their house which will be even better! We can't wait till Spring / Summer!!!!

Spring Fever

What a GREAT weekend we had....Saturday was so pretty we decided to take advantage of it. It was the first weekend in a long time that we did not have to house hunt. We took a few walks and kept Elizabeth outside all day. She loved the outdoors but it def. made her extra sleepy that night. We walked to fountain square on Saturday night which was very fun! We just wanted to spend as much time outdoors as possible!
Hope everyone enjoyed the weather!!! Here are a few pics. of us downtown & at home later that evening.
P.S. If you look closely ...at one of the pics. you will find a leprecahn taking a much needed break from drinking so much Guiness. hehehehe......

6 months....1/2 a year!!! Time PLEASE slow down!!

I know this is a long over due post for our frequent readers....( special shot out to Erin Long!) Lets see ...what have we been doing?? Oh yea...we finally bought a house & it has been taking up any tiny bit of extra time we had. We get to move the end of the month & we are soo excited to be in by summer. ANYWAY...back to the baby. Elizabeth is 6 MONTHS old and I can not believe it. She is our little angel and is a very good little girl. She is sitting up by herself, eating food, & babbling up a storm. She had a busy day w/ me today but as always we had fun. We got to eat lunch & have a baby/mommy playdate w/ some friends. Elizabeth got to meet Luke and Lillianna! The kids were cute & it was so nice to catch up with old friends. We can't wait for Allison to have 'baby Berger' so we can have another little playmate. After lunch we had to go to the doctor's office for her 6mo. check up.
Stats: 18lbs 25.5inches -That's my big girl!!! She had a great check up and is doing everything right on target.
Grandma went to the doctor's w/ us and brought Elizabeth a new doll that she loves!
I will update more ( PROMISE) but I need to kiss my little sweetie & put her to bed.
